Part One - October 23/24:
You will have the assignment of listening to an MCC recording that passed the ICF evaluation before our October 23rd session using the PCC markers and MCC anchors which we will give you in our private members area. We will debrief together looking at the coach’s strengths and areas for development using the MCC Anchors in fun, collaborative breakout sessions. We will go thoroughly go through the anchors that most coaches fail. You will leave with learning intentions and plans to put these intentions into action.

Part Two - October 30/24
We do a debrief of your learning assignments. We will break into two groups and do demo coaching in each group with volunteer coach and client. Joint community learning to share insights in a supportive and inspiring space.
