We now have a new evaluation system for MCC Performance Evaluations called MCC Anchors. We will listen to a coaching demo, go into breakout rooms to evaluate and debrief the coach's strengths and opportunities for development using the MCC Anchors and come together as a group for a shared learning experience. There will be tons of opportunity for deep rich learning and participants will walk away with more confidence and out what might be expected at the MCC level.

Please note: Regardless of whether you attend live or watch recordings, you are eligible to qualify for CCEUs upon successful completion of the quizzes.
