Coaching sessions paid for and unused are not eligible for refunds

Cancellation or rescheduling an appointment, must be at least 72-hrs. notice, during business hours. If appointments are missed by the client (with no notice), the appointment will not be rescheduled and payment is still due for the missed time

The coaching relationship is confidential.

The Coach abides by the Ethics & Regulation as outlined by the International Coach Federation.
